That eventually we’ll know for sure: what we want, who we are, who to love, what matters. Then we get here and realize life is considerably less black and white.
Hate a job you thought you wanted. Love people who don’t fully understand who you are. Make a decision that is sensible, safe—even good—and still feel a twist in your gut telling you there’s got be more. It’s easy to feel pulled in several directions at once, trying to work out which path is right for you.
We turn to them for ways to articulate our experiences. To make sense of what we feel and see ourselves more clearly. What a gift.
But even with all the clarity and guidance they can offer, there’s no way around it: YOU still have to choose what to do next.
we take your birth chart out of theory and into the real choices, turning points, and possibilities in front of you — helping you move through them with confidence and start soaking up a life you love
“Leah is a fantastic mentor. No matter what I showed up with she was able to meet me in the heart of the matter. No fluff, no astrobabble. Leah was able to look at my chart and reflect my Soul’s story back to me in a way that put everything I was going through into context of a larger picture and deeper meaning.”
"She creates such a warm, friendly, and welcoming space that allows you to open up, while grounding her intuitive insights with practical guidance and clear suggestions for growth.
Thanks to her guidance, I feel genuinely excited to embrace more of my personal power, and know that this inner shift will ripple out into every area of my life. Leah is accurate, compassionate, encouraging, and insightful, and I can't recommend her highly enough!”
If you’ve ever felt like you should have more figured out by now or you’re the odd one out – you’re not. You’re living through the very human work of coming into your own.
To weather this absolutely wild storm called being alive, we need something steady to return to: a rooted sense of who we are, trust in what matters to us, and the courage to keep living from it.
And sometimes, most of the time, we need a little help along the way.
And while I am so proud of where I am today, I’d be lying if I didn’t admit that life is harder than I ever expected it to be.
ADHD made me believe I couldn’t handle as much as everyone else, shrinking my sense of what I was capable of. ARFID gave me that same feeling, turning something as ordinary as eating into a sense of embarrassment and isolation.
And walking away after 15 years in musical theatre and landing in corporate America was a plot twist that left me grieving a life I worked so hard for.
Looking back, I know one thing for certain: I’ve made a beautiful life out of creatively responding to what was handed to me.
You can, too.
The willingness to face what’s true, even when it’s uncomfortable, and respond to life’s circumstances rather than retreating from them.
Kindness, truth, creativity, and individuality used in ways that make life richer, more meaningful, and fully lived.
The inner discipline to live in harmony with what you know to be true and right — aligning your choices, actions, and inner knowing.
I see astrology as an intermediary between God or fate and free will: some parts of life are given to us, and some are ours to shape. A big part of astrology, for me, is learning to tell the difference: What do I need to accept? Where do I still have agency?
There’s something deeply spiritual (and frankly, wild) about seeing your chart and realizing that your life has been a part of a larger plan — that your gifts, challenges, work, relationships, and the seasons you move through are all part of something far greater than what you control.
Then comes the question: Okay, if these are the cards I’ve been dealt, what do I do with them?
And as you enter adulthood, moving through your first Saturn return, the responsibility of your own life can feel overwhelming. So much so that it’s easy to spend this season stuck in place, second-guessing what to do with the newfound freedom. The right support can help you spend less time frozen by the weight of it all and more time growing into your own life.
Psychosynthesis was created by Roberto Assagioli, a medical doctor who recognized that psychology was missing something essential: the spiritual dimension.
It doesn’t begin from the assumption that the deepest truth about you is found in your past, patterns, or pain – like we often experience in therapy. Instead, it centers on an underlying trust in life’s capacity for beauty, growth, and change.
Understanding what has shaped you is important. But eventually, healing also asks you to let go, live, and make something of the human life in front of you. Psychosynthesis helps us do that from a deeper sense of Self, freeing you to choose from a more whole, grounded place.
Psychosynthesis was created by Roberto Assagioli, a medical doctor who recognized that psychology was missing something essential: the spiritual dimension.
Psychosynthesis is a holistic approach to psychology that integrates the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual dimensions of a person. Its goal is to help individuals become more whole by understanding their patterns, connecting with a deeper sense of Self, and aligning their choices with meaning and purpose.
There’s no shortage of advice about how to live. Books, podcasts, frameworks, personality systems, self-help, endless opinions online. But information and wisdom aren’t the same.
For generations, people also learned through relationships: mentors, elders, teachers, stories, and communities that helped them make sense of the complicated, grey, deeply human parts of life.
But today, true guidance feels hard to find. We’re short on trusted advice, priced out of therapy, or overwhelmed by self-help that feels performative.
Mentorship offers you something different: a relational, flexible, deeply human kind of support from someone who understands you and offers an individualized perspective. A trusted source to walk with you as you find your own way.
Many of my clients have been in therapy or are currently in it, using mentorship and therapy alongside each other. It’s not about choosing one over the other, but more about asking: What kind of support would be most helpful for me right now?
You want a licensed clinician trained to treat psychological distress and mental-health symptoms.

You want someone a little more involved, direct, and practical with the life you’re actively building.
You want support with what is happening in your life now: decisions, transitions, relationships, career, identity, and personal growth

Insight for where you are and support for where you’re going.
The birth chart serves as a map of your inner life. It’s a powerful tool to help articulate precious parts of yourself– some that may have never been mirrored back to you or that have even become lost or undervalued over time.
A birth chart consultation often awakens something deep within. It allows you to see the beauty within yourself and creates a deeper trust in life: the sense that all your idiosyncrasies, longings, life events, dreams, and even disappointments all work together to serve some greater purpose.
This realization often fills us with the sense that we have a kind of divine responsibility to be who we truly are. Astrology doesn’t necessarily give us the answer of who we are, but it provides us with the map of where to find treasure.
Together, we’ll look at your birth chart and any notable transits happening right now to help you with the lifelong quest of embodying your true nature and making the most out of your human life.
To really make the most of this season, the deeper work usually unfolds over more than one session. This session gives us a beautiful place to begin.
Birth Chart Consultation
This is the heart of my work for those who are feeling disconnected from the life they want.
Whether you’re navigating a season of change, battling a sense of inner restlessness, or feeling a call to deepen your spirituality, mentorship gives us space to untangle the paths in front of you and find a way forward that honors the life you want.
Areas of focus may include (but not limited to): relationships, career, your relationship to your physical appearance, spirituality, self-expression, exploring your astrology in more depth, and/or increasing executive functioning skills.
Depending on what you need, we may draw from astrology, psychosynthesis, reflection, honest conversation, or practical support. The goal is to help you feel more grounded in who you are and more capable of meeting your life as it unfolds.
There’s no rigid timeline or required number of sessions. We can meet regularly, work together through a particular season, or reconnect when you need support again.
Ongoing 1:1 Mentorship
If you’re inviting me into your decisions, relationships, ambitions, fears — your life — it’s completely normal to want to talk face-to-face first.
Of course, I want you to feel aligned with my approach. But just like choosing a therapist or coach, I think it matters just as much that you connect with me as a person, not only the tools I use.
It’s hard to know that just from what you see on the internet. So, I am an open book. Ask me anything about my work, mentorship, how I think, or what working together might actually look like.
My goal is to always go into our sessions feeling comfortable and connected to the work, me, and the possibilities ahead!

instead of letting disappointment convince you to give up or numb yourself
Stop fearing your potential will never be your reality
start using your gifts and skills to create real-life proof that you are becoming who you know you can be.
